Emily & Danny tied the knot earlier this year at the beautiful church of St Marys in Send and celebrated in style at the lovely Clock Barn Hall in Godalming, Surrey.
We started off the day in relaxed style, taking pictures of Emily with her family and bridesmaids at her family house in Send, near Guildford before heading off to the church to meet Danny and his Groomsmen. We met earlier in the year to take a few pictures of Emily & Danny and their own little but growing family as part of their engagement shoot at St Mary’s. The beautiful Anglican church is nestled in the lush countryside, wiggling lanes and the rolling hills of Surrey near Guildford. The sun was out for that occasion and it cast its warmth again from the hours before the wedding ceremony and throughout the day. As the hour approached the bridesmaids were escourted in fine style in the Volkswagen Campervan of one of Danny’s friends, with Emily accompanied by her father in a styled VW of her own.
After getting some shots of the newly-wed couple in the basked sunshine behind St Mary’s church, the wedding party headed across Guildford to the Clock Barn Hall situated outside of Godalming to soak up some of the sunshine, wine & ice cream laid on for the celebration before heading in to the clock Barn Hall for the reception and speeches. It was an honor to be the wedding photographer for Emily & Danny in what was one of the most fun weddings we have photographed this year. From start to finish Emily and Danny were surrounded by their friends and family and it was quite telling that these were and will be the most important things in their days and years to come.
